Menus are fixed and must be selected when booking. They consist of 3 courses.
These include: WELCOME DRINK, STARTER, MAIN COURSE, DESSERT AND DRINKS.



LAMB

Starter: homemade cream soup.
Main course: lamb with rosemary and mustard, with Patagonian small potatoes.
Dessert: cheesecake with "calafate" sauce.
Mineral water.
Wine: 006 Merlot.

VEAL GOULASH

Starter: homemade cream soup.
Main course: veal goulash in bread bowl.
Dessert: cheesecake with "calafate" sauce.
Mineral water.
Wine: Cruz Alta Malbec.



VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Starter: homemade cream soup.
Main course: vegetable casserole au gratin.
Dessert: cheesecake with "calafate" sauce.
Mineral water.
Wine: Mantra Pinot Noir.

PASTA

Starter: homemade cream soup.
Main course: ricotta gnocchi with basil béchamel sauce.
Dessert: cheesecake with "calafate" sauce.
Mineral water.
Wine: Amalaya Blanco de Corte.

Rancho Aparte suggestions
  • INFINITUS MERLOT GRAN RESERVA 2010

  • Deep ruby red color. It presents a complex bouquet where red and black fruits, especially strawberries and blackberries, are appreciated. The fermentation in oak barrels offers notes of caramel and vanilla, which, along with fruity notes, make this wine acquires a greater complexity. Full body wine with excellent structure and finesse on the palate.



  • MANTRA PINOT NOIR RESERVA

  • Bright ruby red color. It presents red fruits aroma, with hints of cherries, sweet cherries and caramel. We also find vanilla, tobacco and coconut. The palate is pleasant, fruity, with soft tannins, silky and balanced. It has a lengthy aftertaste.



  • SAURUS BARREL SELECT MALBEC

  • At sight, it features red colors with bright purple flashes. On the nose, aromas of violets are combined with red fruits, such as plums and cherries. The fermentation in oak barrels brings vanilla and cocoa notes, which makes it an elegant wine. The palate is fruity, with sweet tannins and good acidity.



  • SAURUS EXTRA BRUT

  • Pale yellow with flashes of silver. It has very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it is fruity, elegant, very complex, smoked, with aromas of toasted bread. The palate is fruity, citrus, with good acidity, good volume and a lengthy aftertaste.



  • MANTRA CHARDONNAY

  • Intense yellow with green hues. Its aroma is intense, fruity; with citrus and tropical notes. Notes of vanilla and coconut. The palate is friendly and fruity, exquisite acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.





  • MANTRA EXTRA BRUT

  • Bright yellow color with greenish highlights. Plenty of fine bubbles. Aromas of tropical fruit, memories of yeast, nuts and light toasted notes.
